Woo Hoo. Surely Handscomb will be dropped for him!

Roughie by my calculations Nathan Lyon will now be on 63 wickets and with two more Tests before year's end, surely he must be on top of wicket takers for the year.

Those numbers include the test just played so Lyon is currently on 57 with 2 tests to play

I just updated the run scorers too

Rabada may catch him as he has a Day Night Test against Zimbabwe starting boxing day

The Indians have no more tests this year nor do Sri Lanka so it's Lyon vs Rabada but you would think Lyon will top the list as he has 2 tests whereas Rabada has 1

Wow looking at the all rounders rankings for tests shows there is isn't even 3 quality all rounders in world test cricket at the moment.

Overall quality of cricket/players is a disgrace at the moment and you can thank 20/20 for that.

Lol I suppose you guys wouldn't believe me if I told you my brother in law opened the batting for the English cricket team, huh?

Nah just curious to see if I'd get laughed out the door like I do with most other things on here

I had a cousin play for England.
I pretended he wasn't my cousin because he got out by Jeff Thompson knocking the bat from his hands with a fast ball and the bat fell on the stumps.
I've never heard of anyone else getting out that way.

I want him to play so they have no excuses when we hammer them again. He’s overrated anyway. Good bat but pretty average with the ball.

I went to the test in Adelaide and was amazed by how much pressure our 4 bowlers were able to keep on the poms.
Having 4 bowlers who rarely bowl a bad ball is brutal.

Lefty, Stokes played last weekend for Christchurch NZ in a one day match, complete flop with the bat, and then is named in the side above. Seems to have slipped under the media's radar but should he play, 'Basher Ben' won't slide under the sledging radar!
