That’s looking very solid compare to the last 3-4 years. Still so much potential and a couple that should really kick on this year (please injury gods be kind to us)!

Would look even better with 'David Klemmer' added to the list.

Yeah Klemmer and Blake or even Kane Evans he would be a good back up prop imo but Klem and Blake would be great.

Klemmer, yes. AFB, yes. Evans, no. Not even on minimum wage for mine. I’d rather wait to see who we can get by June 30 or otherwise for 2020, however every dollar spent on him will be wasted as he won’t be getting a run.

No word on Hayden Loughrey, Tex Hoy, Mitch Andrews, Matt Cooper, Kurtis Dark or Heath Gibbs.

I'm a bit surprized that Hoy and Andrews haven't been mentioned as training with firstgrade, and I'd imagine the other guys are a chance at being in Kostjaysyns part time squad.

well to be perfectly honest I don't see too much in that squad to get excited about, especially in the forwards...no-one stands out as someone to say of "Yes! he's a real weapon that's just gonna wreck havoc on the competition!" I see plenty of the blokes that couldn't get the job done last year and a few (hopefully) promising backs...need some ****in' wallop and some ****in' sting in that pack of ours... sick of seeing 'em getting bashed around week in week out...'bout time our guys did the bashing instead!

Maybe the reason we have only named 3 of the development players is because they haven't cleared up how many guys they will be able to sign, so Hoy, Andrews and Loughrey might be in the fulltime squad if we can't find another 5 recruits - or drop back to the development group if they fill all 30 slots.

Good for him. He'll thrive in the Storm system.

Not sure why we let Cooper go, especially if Ponga shifts to 5/8 permanently. Unless they see Hoy as a future fullback/five-eight.

Hoy probably has more upside than Coops.
Coops would be a better fullback right now, but Hoy has a lot of improvement in him.
