Leave him at Parramatta. Well past his 'best before' date.

He is a lot better than what we have, should make serious attempt to sign then if not then the Morris boys.
And of course any big angry prop we can find

I just read that Jennings has a 2 year option on his current contract and he is on more than $700,000 and is good mates with a lot of the guys there we would have to up that quite a bit to get him here ...if so no from me ...

Shaun Lane could be a good cheap buy for us and would leave plenty for another big bad prop and he has been playing well.

No to the Morris boys. If Jennings is past it, the Morris boys should be in an old folks home.

Jennings would be worth it over what we have on the defense alone.

As used to be put on school reports 'can do better'.

I would like to see young Naden get a go.

A 40 year old Jennings is better than Naden.

If they are still performing well no matter age that's good enough, as said older Jennings or Morris (for limited seasons) is better than a younger not going to make it type. That season or two gives us time to sign or unearth a replacement or two, we are talking SOO players admittedly slightly past it but better than we have, can't afford to be choosy.

Find a centre regardless of age who isn't a complete embarrassment defensively. I don't watch enough Eels games to know if Jennings is that player.

Moses Pangai does anyone know how this guy goes he is not signed yet for next season and at 6'3" and 111kg centre / winger may be worth a shot ..

I know everyone likes the flashy centres that can skip past a defender one on one, but right now a good defensive centre like Josh Morris would be a whole lot more beneficial to us

Would be a brilliant signing. Jennings ain't the same electric player he once was, but he would just be a classy centre who would be able to get the job done & still be the best centre at the club no matter how old he gets, like Tahu, Mad Dog or Justin Hodges.

Though it seems highly unlikely that he'll go elsewhere reading the article, good mates at Parra, Western Sydney boy, but the biggest thing is apparently 700k option for the next 2 years. We aren't gonna match that, let alone offer the required extra hundred k to get him to jump ship.

Pointless to get Brett Morris. Too much money, injured all the time, past it, we don't need a winger, they're a dime a dozen. Josh might be good for a year, but he is well past it too & would only be a stopgap, he can't be long off retirement.

George and Robert Jennings are two guys I thought would come on a lot better than they have. Maybe they are like Sione and were training at a much higher level than kids their age, but you'd have backed both of them to play for Australia when they were 17 or 18.

Was thinking of them as package deal, ifyou want one you must take both, agreed getting on a bit, was thinking just for a year if can't get Jennings, need someone have my doubts Moga will be back and if so how long will he last, only so much rehab you can take. Thank goodness we signed Ramien.
