id be happy to let pearce just do his thing without the captaincy. but in saying that its not that big a deal really on the field. Look at the storm. Smiths the captain but its always cronk barking orders and doing most of the talking. if it was my choice id stick with buhrer though.

Yeah I noticed that too, from watching the Storm's games last year Smith only really talks when they're in huddle.
