Not 100% on the curtain raiser as ticketek have the residents game listed but QRL and NSWRL websites have it being played on the 22nd

My understanding was the 16s, 18s and 20s origin games would be the curtain raisers but can't be sure

Trying to get the Monday off work so I can head down. Should be a great atmosphere.
I think we’ll get the same result as 2014 but hopefully a much better game this time around.

Don't think they will alter side too much, James for RCG and expect Maloney and Mitchell to be fit

With Slater getting through training, some people are speculating that Ponga will start on the bench and go on to play in the halves with Hunt going to hooker.

If Slater plays I have my doubts Ponga in the 17, 18th man for experience and to get the SOO feeling, if Slater out then Ponga to 1, why play him in unfamiliar position part way through the game in a must win situation,

Ponga is in the 17, they already confirmed it he has to be in the 17.

I'd put Hunt into hooker, ponga into 7 its most likely wher ehe will end up anyways he wont remain a fullback his whole career.
