they have had all year the young players deserve to be shown some support or they will leave and i wouldnt blame them

agreed would live to see him here at club but maybe best for him to find somewhere who has enough confidence in him to play him

To be honest I can see why he has done it. He's almost saying, Ill give you boys an opportunity to impress for me before I make changes. He's giving a clean slate, good coaching

I suspect the difference between him and Stone is that if we get pumped this w/e Bedsy may make a few changes

True, but the least he could do was drop the last three players off our bench because they aren't apart of the future and don't really warrant a spot anyway

Well it's there's obviously the existing respec/mateships with those boys, I can't see him dropping them cold without first giving them a chance to play for him..
 
Rossy gets a run- god knows where - fullback I hope.
Radical selection, but it's really well deserved. The guy has tried his arse off this year.

Interesting. You'd think he'll come onto the wing for Chanel unless Gidley's injured. Or possibly into centre with Sione going back to wing.

The only position he is really good at is fullback.
He can hold down a spot on the wing.
I really don't like him at centre - he gets no room to move and shows very little.

It was mentioned at the members night tonight. Also some NBN reporters have said he's playing and Ross himself confirmed it on twitter. Tapine is replacing Tariq who has a shoulder injury.
 
If Bedsy is looking for guys with spirit I hope he's considering Lauchy Fitzgibbon too.
 
Ross will be for Chanel.

Going off Jekk's recording, Bedsy said Ross & Tapine will probably play, he mentioned giving young guys a crack & also mentioned Fitzgibbon so it sounds like he's in line for a run soon if not this weekend.

Good to see Ross get a shot. But am I the only one who can see him going the way Josh Mantellato did? Great in NSW Cup but just not good enough for First Grade. I hope I'm wrong though.

Good to see Fitzy get a go hes a local pobabally get start over Tapine before to long think maybe tapine should move on for his career
 
Fitzgibon plays with aggression and passion. That can't be said for anymore than a handful of our FGr's. And it's those kind of attributes that give him the potential to be something of a game changer if he can maintain the rage
