I think there should be a suggestion thread where posters can make suggestions to try and better the forum. If the mods/admins are okay with it, I guess this can be the official suggestion thread.

Now, for the first suggestion, I think this forum should have some sort of no holds bar thread in the Kingdom section. This thread, as I said, should be no holds bar. Basically, anything goes. If you have a disagreement with someone, instead of just pussy footing around the subject because you're scared you're going to break the rules, you can just take it to this no holds bar, anything goes thread. In a nutshell, it's for heated discussions that others may not want to see. If you don't want to see any heated discussions or disagreements, it's simple, just don't come to the thread, though I'm sure there would be a few posters around here that would welcome a thread like this where you don't have to hold back and you can show your true colours if you want to put it that way.

I don't think this would cause any problems to the board, I actually think it would better the board as there would be less arguments, if any arguments in the other forums. It would allow the other threads to stay on topic and not get over run by a heated discussion or two. This would also lead to less work for the mods/admins and less threads that get locked/deleted.

I'll put it this way, it's just one thread amongst hundreds of threads, and if you don't like it, don't view it.

If the mods/admins are still unsure about a thread like this, we could simply do a poll or something and just let the posters vote.

Sorry, but if you want to have arguments with others, you do it elsewhere.

As I said, we try and reduce cyber abuse, but your suggesting it?

Pros - Would allow people to vent frustration/anger, etc.
Would take arguments out of other threads.

Cons - People would argue just for the sake of arguing rather than using this to solve problems in other threads.
People would leave the forum in their droves and those who use the "no-holds barred" thread would be left posting on their own or without a forum.

Working out differences yes. But personal insults, no. Which is what it would turn out to be like.

The Fight Club on another forum is abit of a joke. And it works more because of the variety of club members but still members just cop cyber abuse because of the comments they make. Pretty Low if you ask me.

Here it's a one team forum, the least we want is banter. I could recomend forums to join if you want to rough each other up.

Personal insults just shows how weak someone can really be, and it means they have been defeated.

So, just for an example. I mean this in no way offensive, just in general.

If someone joined up and had a really bad go at you, maybe made personal remarks etc even though they didn't know you.

What would you do? If you know they go to each game too say?

I just cant think a forum feud could lead to a physical one, if someone came up to me to start on something that happened on cyber I would laugh like crazy.

They would need to call say something pretty horrid I'm not meaning i'd be physical to them, if you knew me personally you would know im not a physical person but i wouldnt be scared to say something to there face and discuss it face to face!!!
I have been taught to not let people tread on you etc i wouldnt be physical, as an example a member once told me to go get run over by a semi if i knew where that person was id go upto them and ask to say it to my face! Im not a physical person but i like to be able to say im not scared to approach someone who has had a go at me!!
Thats just my opinion on everything not just cyber space like if someone walking past me who didnt know me just like they wouldnt really know me on the net and said i was a s^&t i would turn around and say something i wouldnt just keep walking

That's the whole point of having a thread like that. The argument wouldn't spill over to other threads, it would go directly to the thread it should go to so people don't have to view it. I don't know what the problem would be with a thread like this.

I've been insulted many times on this forum, and when I give it back, I've either been banned or put on mod. This way, that couldn't happen. I could just dish it back just as good. :razz:
