Stars and Injuries

Whats is with soo many stars getting injured lately?? Is it player burnout? Well, i dont think the Nrl is doing enough by introducing just another bye..

Injured stars:
BUDERUS (1-2Wks)
MULLEN (Possible Season ENDING)
MASON
LOCKYER
HUNT
Kimmorly
Bird/Dykes
Prince
Orford (Ruled Out today but with virus)

List goes on..

i heard cheif say on the footy show theres enough players injured to form another 5 nrl teams or something like that... rediculous

Yea and i bet that the injury team would win the premiership!

yeah thats the thing aye... if it was second rate players we wouldnt care as much but seeing as though the players getting injured could form an australian side - thats a worry (might be a little exadurated but still)

Yeah I think they would. Look at the team, Lockyer, Bedsey, Joey and Hunt in the key postion, the the likes of Mason as well

I suppose thats footy, every year different stars are out for long extended periods... if there were no such things as injuries, I think the game would be soft.

I don't think it would be soft as such but it would be more boring and predictable. Still I wouldn't be complaining if we never got any injuries :D
