ok for 2008 so far I would say
Storm, Cowboys, Eels, Warriors, Sea Eagles, Knights, Tigers, Roosters.

The Broncos sure lifted their game quick in 2007.
I haven't been following the player movement much over the offseason I have to say, so I can't give a top 8 for 2008.
